Chocobo themed wallpapers thanks to Final Fantasy XV!

67916Square Enix Japan opened a new chocobo-themed contest (http://www.jp.square-enix.com/ff15/chocobo/) encouraging fans to follow the Japanese official twitter account (https://twitter.com/FFXVjp/).


When a certain number of followers is reached on the account, more prizes are unlocked. There are physical prizes (right now it's been a stationary set and a T-trout) they are only available to Japanese followers. Luckily for Western fans, digital prizes are being unlocked and everyone can enjoy them! So far it's only two twitter icons and two wallpapers but more prizes are set to unlock once they hit 50,000 followers! When that's hit, a set of autographed illustrations will be given out.

On the plus side, the site also gave us more looks at the games Chocobos! Check out the prizes so far!

Given that FFXV will have a day-night system, I'm expecting there to be a 'night' version of that wallpaper at some point.
