Good stuff, you make good use of blending tools especially. One pointer I would have for you is that your sigs are very stock heavy. I would suggest having a go at making a nice background to fill up space and then just using a singular image, it draws all the attention to one focal point and will leave you room to place text without it going over the top of an image.

What software do you use to make these with?

Adobe Photoshop 7. I need to play around with making backgrounds again at some point. I used to be able to make them from scratch, but hell if I can remember how I did it.
