FF "Mains" Battle Royale

If we were to take the leads from each Final Fantasy Game (@ least the one's I declare as the leads, since some don't have just one) & they were to battle each other TO THE DEATH, which do you think would win?

It's...a bit complicated. LR Lightning is the strongest person here. But FFXIII Lightning should be below her sister in XIII-2, Cloud, DOC Vincent, etc..

If I had to make a list....
Lightning (Lightning Returns)
Chaos Vincent (Dirge of Cerberus)
Zidane (Final Fantasy IX)
Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy VII)
Zack Fair (Crisis Core)

Serah is in there somewhere...hard to measure. She can beat Caius all on her own in one ending. But I am reasonably certain of my #1 and 2.


Squall, Tidus and Yuna are at the bottom of the ones I know.

Cloud. If you actually manage to bring out all of his power he dominates them all. If you don't, Lightning. Which is more likely as the only person who is able to bring out all of Cloud's power in a battle is Sephiroth. Cloud has no reason to go all out with his "I have a reason to fight for" power against anyone but Sephiroth. So one of those two, depending on the situation. Then Vincent, Zack, Zidane, Terra, et cetera.

I chose Firion mainly because he can use any type of weapon and he can use magic. Cloud and Lightning are up there too.

Ramza, defo. Have you seen the things he had to take down? Not to mention that, by the time you get him to be a Dark Knight (pretty much a perfect class for him) he's mastered so many different jobs that he is nigh invincible.

Probably Lightning. She's very strong, especially in Lightning Returns.

Let's face it, they'd all just band together for The Greater Good and take out whoever organized the event. I'm fairly convinced that none of these individuals would kill innocent people for their own survival.

If under some insane scenario they were all evil, then I imagine it'd be Lightning. She's arguably the most ruthless of the lot in the first place, has inherent superhuman powers and has single-handedly defeated a god.

Lightning has not single-handedly defeated a god. She has fought him, fought well and then the others helped her.

Also since the poll mentions FFXIII Lightning, I'm really not sure on all this because XIII Lightning is certainly not the strongest hero here. I would argue her own sister would kick her ass.

The poll refers to "Lightning (FFXIII,LR FFXIII)" - essentially Lightning, the character in both games, presumably at her most powerful point (which I believe would be the latter game).

Yeah, it really doesn't matter which game. I would assume they'd be in their most powerful forms (which would make the Battle Royale most fun).

Well, not really. If we use LR Light, she's clearly the winner. The rest of them could gang up on her and she'd still probably win.

If she was removed, I think there could be a bit more debate about who's top dog.
