I do, I use an app called MyFitnessPal. At first I started using it to drop a few pounds but then I just got in the habit, haha. It also helps me make sure I don't eat too much sugar (which gives me a stomachache).

how about you?

MyFitnessPal veteran here too!

I'm currently on a 185 day streak though I could be more strict with it. I have a bad habit of not updating my food diary when I've had a bad day. I don't want to see it all red!

After my surgery I did for a while. I eventually just stopped & never got back to it. If I didn't do it immediately, I'd tend to forget stuff.

I did really well with MFP for a while, but then I got lazy and well.

I try to. I also use MyFitnessPal, but only when I'm unsure of my calories and stuff. When I eat boxed things or canned things or whatever where it says right on the packaging, I can count myself. For homemade dishes I use it

I just hit 200 days on MFP.

I don't log as much as I should but I am aware of what i'm eating most the time.

Nope! I hate numbers, don't have a smartphone, and am too lazy to use an app through a desktop. I prefer the somewhat antiquated approach of only eating things where I probably already know their calorie count; so I tend to eat very repetitive, set meals. I don't count calories that I eat, but I do count gym/physical activity. I'm currently on a medically mandated, very restrictive diet, so it's more of keeping track of the things I am still able to eat, rather than what I do.
