By which I mean... when given a Rubik's Cube can you solve it in just a couple minutes? Or do you just get hopelessly lost with it like I do?

I don't think I could solve one even if my life depended on it.

I was the kid that removed the stickers from the cube and swapped them round fucking up the whole thing.

I've solved a few when I was younger, but it definitely took me longer than a few minutes.

I think I did once maybe but if anything I lucked in to it.

I do not have the patience to solve one. I always got bored and left it.

I've done it before but definitely not within a few minutes.

That's the kind of thing you do at a family gathering when you are trying to ignore everyone.

I had to learn for work. I tried the layer method, but could never memorize the last 2 patterns.

Then my friend showed me his method and I've never looked back. I can post my notes if anyone is interested.

Back in college my roommate and I learned the layer method and could complete within a couple minutes. I've since forgotten everything beyond the first layer.

Sure, I'm curious.

I still have one somewhere in my parents house that has remained unsolved since around 1995.
