FFT: Alma's Dreadful Wind Problem (WARNING: mature themes)

Based on some scenes in my FFT fanfics, where Alma has to hold down her skirt in the wind and avoid flashing Ramza. Maybe not as good as some other art of mine, but I think it's decent.
