World of Warcraft: Legion

So for the first time in a long time I'm tempted to get back into WoW. I haven't played since Cataclysm but everything I've heard about legion makes it seem really great, and there looks to be an insane amount of content for players of every type.

Do any EoFF'ers still play WoW and would you agree that now would be a good time to get back into the game for someone who hasn't played in aaages? Also, in the event that I do grab Legion, what servers does everyone here play on? It would be nice to know a couple people who can run me through some of the more important stuff that's changed since I last played.

I still play, not as heavily with raiding as I used to but I have been enjoying legion.

I would go as far to say, in my 11 years of playing, that it's hte best expansion yet.

Buying legion will get you a level 100 boost too so if you want to skip things you can haha.

This is definitely a better xpac than either MoPs or WoD was. I would call it a good time to get back in the game. It's fun, lore heavy if you like that kinda thing, and classes have been simplified a bit compared to what they've been lately. It also doesn't really matter what server you're on anymore either. Everybody can do anything with anyone. You just have to have someone from another server on your friend list to invite them.

I've heard it's very good, and what little I've played of it is very good. Unfortunately it came out at a bad time for me so I really won't be able to dig into it properly until... probably next year, haha. But I've seen a lot of good critical reviews and most people I know who are playing it are loving it.

It remains to be seen how long the love lasts!!
