Why would there be one in Academia? Humour is a way to look at things differently, especially when things are shitty; here's some Dave Chapelle (or other comic that you find hilarious; like Bill Burr).

Thats one issue with Humour across the population, is not everyone will get the same reaction.

(Really it doesn't matter to me, if it brightens up my mood at the time; so be it!)

My recent political interests has been relatively shaped by it's presence in social media, however right now it's fairly silent.

I don't expect any British members to post in this thread since we all know they have no humor..

Maybe no humor, but plenty of humour. Which luckily this thread is all about.

Wait "humour" is British, but "humor" is American? I think there is a meme for that;

I've deleted some posts. I appreciate everyone has different senses of humour and finds different things funny, but please try to consider whether or not what you are posting is offensive - posts mocking disabled children are clearly not in very good taste. Also if anybody does post something offensive, please use the warn post button instead of throwing around insults. Thank you.

you shouldn't take cats away from their mothers until they are at least 8 weeks old and i assume that is equivalent to cat chickens so this comic is pretty irresponsible

Both you and your advisory poster are underestimating how many cats and chickens I've caught.

Based on the placement of that "Mic stand", that second "marshmallow" is a mouthful if disappointment and empty promises.

LOL that's the test they give toddlers to measure their delay of gratification and impulsiveness. That's really funny, doesn't work or really measure the same thing as we get older, but still funny none the less.
