So my computer at work is a Macbook Air and I spent quite an amount of time today googling how to do really basic stuff on a Mac.... Stuff like the equivalent of ctrl+c etc.

I felt like my Mum on Windows XP back in the day.

Does anyone have any Mac hacks besides throwing it under a bus and getting a normal laptop?

I don't, but I just wanted to pop in and say that we bought some very expensive new MacBooks at our work and they vibrate. And the people who were getting them were just like "oh, yeah, that can happen" and me and my IT colleague are just baffled that anyone would willingly pay that much money for that poor a system.

I don't know if you still need help but, I've used the Macintosh for eight years (starting with 10.5.5 "Leopard") and Microsoft Windows from 3.1 all the way to 7 and than 10. You can either reply here with questions or pop me a PM :D I'd be more than happy to help you out!

One neat trick is cycle through open windows by holding Apple Command and tapping ~

Of course most people probably use tabs even in things like the Finder nowadays.

You could install Windows on it.

You could do that yes, quite easily. That is if your specific job doesn't require something exclusive to the Macintosh :D In fact, I used to run Windows 7 and Ubuntu alongside MacOS on my MBP back in the day. Ah fun times.

Did you try throwing it under a bus and getting a normal laptop?
