6 and 9 are two of my favorite games in the series. I think 9 has one of the best final fantasy gaming soundtrack of all time. I love the banter between the characters. 6 is one of my favorite ff games because of the game play and the battle tactics. All of you make me sick. You guys sound like chapters in a self help booklet :lol::lol::lol::lol:. Kefka was a great bad guy.

I'm in this camp. I think it has something to do with the setting and themes of both games being fairly similar. Both are a mix of steampunk and high fantasy, both have camp villains, both are about the triumph of the human spirit in the face of nihilistic philosophies, etc.
