Mine is probably linden - original, I know. I just love the gooey texture and the subtle lemon/mint flavor it has. It goes well with everything! I'm also a fan of canola honey - the texture is different but also great. I love how creamy it is and how nicely is spreads on bread

Wait, there's different types?

Tells you how much I purchase honey, doesn't it?

Never have! I like some things that are honey-flavored, but I do not like actual honey on things.

The honey from my parents. They have a hive on their property :3 Fresh Oklahoma Honey :D It helps with my allergies too since it's introducing me to the pollens i'm allergic to in a safe and low dosage.

Go local if you can!

I honestly had no idea there were so many types of honey. I only started using this brand recently to have with blueberrys, Greek yoghurt and flax seeds. Gorgeous healthy breakfast :-)
