FFVI is confirmed toi be gracing the Super Nintendo Classic Editon.

So the SNES is getting its own version of the mini-emulator shaped like the classic console and Final Fantasy VI as well as Secret of Mana and Super Mario RPG are confirmed Square titles to show up for the system. Sadly it seems Chrono Trigger got the shaft... :sad:

Still, it's cool to see Final Fantasy III/VI is getting some love.

It's going to be a little confusing to see " Final Fantasy III " at the beginning and not see any Onion Knights.

Since V wasnt released on snes originally itd be cool to show some people that game too. I know it has a few ports and remakes now. But the original hasnt been seen outside of emulation. I dunno. Id say the same for real III but.. this isnt the nes mini. Its the snes mini

I wonder if it has the magic defense bug fix, but I would guess it doesn't.

It seems the best version with that fix is the GBA one, but the tradeoff is the music isn't as good. :(
