Alis-a-who? I only played the first part of the FFXIV story and none of the expansions, so I don't know this character. Steiner takes my vote! Plus he loves pickles and so do I :D

If I were judging on pictures chosen in the OP, Steiner would win by a landslide. Alisaie doesn't look great in that pic. xD I actually really like both characters, but my vote goes to the lady of the hour in FFXIV.
