Balthier is my favorite character from XII but Kefka is The Joker of Final Fantasy. Unless he's facing Batman, he's always going to win.

I would say I'm surprised by Balthier losing, but then Vivi lost in the other thread and so I feel as if the 'obvious' candidates are at a disadvantage here.
