I know people are apprehensive about video game to movie adaptations, but this actually looks pretty amazing.

This has a similar feel to the reboot's journey to an island with prominence given to the bow and pickaxe, but they've also clearly added elements of the old as well with the dual pistols.

I love Alicia Vikander and Walter Goggins, but this just looks like every other video game to film adaptation i.e. not very good

I wasn't too sold on the trailer, but I watched the video interview with Alicia and she has worked her butt off for this.

It's not something I'll see at the cinema, but I'll definitely catch it.

How decidedly average

Will probably go see it matinee or something. Looks about par for the course on video game adaptions. You can tell that they tried to marry up some of the shots to what was seen in the games. All the puzzles that they showed look kind of cheesy, but cheese can be good if done right.

I'll watch it in 2020 when it's on Netflix.

It'll probably be rubbish.

I'll definitely be seeing it.

It looks lame, and whoever cast that woman as Lara should be fired.

Yeah, I mean Alicia Vikander is only a great actress who has won an Oscar, how dare they!

She was fabulous in Ex-Machina. Game adaptations are notoriously poor though, I'll probably wait for it to come on Sky.

It looks cheap.
