Out of all of the FF titles you have played, what enemy has proven to be the toughest and most aggravating one you have ever encountered? Not just your average monsters, but bosses, sub-bosses, side quest bosses, enemies like that.

Myself, out of all of the FF titles I've played, I've found that the Emerald Weapon from FF VII caused me the most trouble. You?

Including FFXIV? Definitely not the hardest game in the boss, but I really kind of hate Sephirot. xD I was very lucky that I won his bird mount and music on my clear for him. I'll never have to do it again!

For console games, I'd say Yunalesca makes me especially angry.

I might give this to Ozma in IX. Mostly due to an RNG factor that makes him either one of the easiest superbosses in the series or the most difficult.

Other than that, it's been so long since any particular boss gave me headache that I can't really remember anyone specific. Maybe Cloud of Darkness in FFIII Famicom version.

For XIV it's Nael Deus Darnus - Holy mother of god...

Console games it's... Omega Weapon from FFVIII. I haven't faced many optional bosses in the games tbh.

Cloud of Darkness is pretty bad for being an insanely frustrating endurance run.

I'll probably have to go with Ozma, as you sometimes just die in that battle and there isn't a hell of a lot you can do about it; the WarMech from FF1 can be the same way if it ambushes you and opens with Nuclear, but it has low enough HP that you can often bounce back from that without any real issues.
