The only time I would have mayonnaise in a sandwich is tuna mayonnaise, or possibly a small amount in a BLT. My most common useage of mayo is with chips.

I actually rarely use mayo. Whenever I make stuffed peppers and roast potatoes though, I have lots of it as it just completes the dish perfectly.

I really don't care; I like them both just fine. My mom likes mayo and my stepfather likes Miracle Whip, so we always have both, and I just use whichever is closest. Though I guess mayo has the edge, since if they're right next to each other that's what I'll use.

But I usually go for mustard over either of them, so there's that. :p
