It can be a tough choice. Here's the feature length film list, newest to oldest.
The Incredibles 2
Coco
Cars 3
Finding Dory
The Good Dinosaur
Inside Out
Monsters University
Brave
Cars 2
Toy Story 3
Up
Wall E
Ratatouille
Cars
The Incredibles
Finding Nemo
Monsters, Inc
Toy Story 2
A Bug’s Life
Toy Story
Yikes, so many good choices! (Thanks for including a list, btw).
I'm ONLY basing this off what I've seen. Best: Toy Story 3, Worst: Cars
Honorable mentions: Brave, Monsters, Inc

Cars 2 is actual trash. Like Cars wasn't good, but damn Cars 2 truly was the bottom of the barrel.
And according to my handy dandy list, my fave was Monsters Inc. I was definitely leaning that way before I checked so I guess it is still true.

Is Cars 3 good? Is it at least better than 2? Cause yeah, Cars 2 is bad.
I can't decide between WallE, The Incredibles, or Finding Nemo as my favorite. Monster Inc and all the Toy Story movies are up there too.

Is that the one where Owen Wilson dies?

Ratatouille is probably my favorite and maybe I'm biased but I also think it's the most underrated.
It also makes me 3,000% more interested in cooking in Kingdom Hearts 3.

unpopular opinion: Cars is an okay movie if you are aged about 3- 6 years old. Over the age of about 7, yeah, no. I feel like the Cars movies would be awesome if you are a young kid or toddler.

This is a good take.
All of the Pixar movies can be enjoyed by kids, but they also have the broader family appeal where everyone can watch, enjoy, and take something from it. Adults loved the opening montage of Up of the couple aging, everyone loved the environmental commentary in WallE, and so on.
Cars just legitimately feels like a kids movie. Ka-chow.

My favorite is probably Toy Story. It’s the one I’ve watched the most since I was a kid.
My least favorite of what I’ve seen is Cars. I never saw the sequels, so I can’t comment on them. I don’t even really think Cars is a bad movie, but it’s definitely meant more for just kids.
There’s so many good ones it’s hard to pick just one. It’s probably a tie between Toy Story 3, Wally and Up.
Cars is easily the worst one. I didn’t even bother with it’s sequels but I expect they’re just as bad if not worse

Yeah, Toy Story 1 or 3 for me. It's tough to decide.
I haven't seen all of the movies (and it appears I dodged a bullet with the Cars trilogy) but I really didn't care for The Incredibles. I only saw it not too long ago and it was boring and not particularly funny.
