We are all told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives are bodies energy after the small fast while we sleep and gets us ready to start the day.

Are you you a cup of coffee then out the door type of person?

Maybe you hit hit up McDonald’s for a McGriddle and a hash brown.

Do you enjoy a bowl of cereal or oatmeal?

Or or do you go all out with bacon, eggs, sausage, buttery toast, and pancakes?

Whats your our breakfast of choice?

For or myself I usually just have coffee and run, however my wife insists I have a bowl of oatmeal too to fill me up for the day.

Pretty basic, nothing fancy, just some jam on toast and some coffee or green tea.

I eat almonds, a breakfast bar and yogurt mixed together in a bowl every morning. It's pretty decent, actually.

Usually just coffee for my breakfast. I don't feel hungry in the mornings so I don't see the point in having a breakfast. I get hungry at closer to noon so that is when i eat, which lately has been a vegan protein drink and raw veggies. :cat:

My stomach can't handle a lot in the morning, so it's just cereal for me. On days that aren't 100+ degrees I normally have coffee, too. It doesn't actually help me, I just like the stuff.

Coffee (occasionally tea) and whatever else is available. I was pretty good about having fruit for a while, but I fell off that wagon and now it's usually something like Lance crackers.

I think the variety here is pretty important. Cream cheese and chives would be suitable but not nekot and vanilla cream.

Usually I have fruit, Greek yogurt and some kind of protein enhanced granola. Sometimes I am a shit and eat breakfast sandwiches from the drive through.

It varies a lot depending on my work schedule. Most times I run out the door without having eaten anything. If my shift doesn't start until later in the day I'll sometimes have cereal, toast, or a poptart if I manage to wake up before my alarm goes off. If i have the day off I might have oatmeal, frozen waffles, or leftovers in the fridge. Though I tend to sleep in pretty late given the chance so I usually have breakfast when most people would be having lunch.

Depends on which shift I'm working, but recently it's been a black bean patty, occasionally with some cheese, whatever veggies happen to be in my fridge/ freezer, and tea.

I prefer sleeping for 30 minutes in the morning instead of eating.

I am trying to get into the habit of having breakfast but it's usually cereal or homemade muesli bars after gym, rather than before. I've been having a glass of water and a longing look at a photo of grapes for dinner many nights during this sweltering summer though.

I usually have a small salad. Anything too heavy is a no-no for me that early in the day.

Hi,
I usually don't have time in the morning so just a cup of coffee but sometimes I feel that's not giving me any energy so I have some yogurt with fruits or fresh orange juice.

I totally need to make that a habit now. That sounds like such a yummy way to start the day.

Shredded Wheat with regular milk. People who enjoy skimmed milk genuinely freak me out.

I usually skip breakfast. Occasionally I'll have crumpets, toast, scrambled eggs. Weetabix or yogurt.

Weekdays I do a smoothie with spinach, flax seeds, almond milk and a handful of fruit (raspberries, blueberries, banana etc). Then I live the full millennial dream and have smashed avocado and a sliced boiled egg on wholemeal or granary toast.

At the weekend I eat the filthiest and vilest breakfasts I can. McDonald's (Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin? smurf yeah) if I'm lazy, fry up at home if I'm not.

Always cereal. Or water. Or whatever gases are already in my stomach. I don't have time for breakfast.

Actually breakfast is probably the meal I go out for most. There’s a big cafe culture and Sydney breakfast food is top notch. Some of my usual’s when I go out for breakfast/brunch with friends include:

- Shakshuka
- Tel aviv breakfast

Cafe Sofia
- Vegetarian big breakfast with grilled haloumi
- Bacon wrapped avocado

I used to be pretty good at having a bowl of museli before work but these days I just end up in the work canteen getting a large latte and a pain au raisin everyday. No wonder I've put on weight... :erm:

So, I just ate a frozen waffle, does that count? I'm not sure our toaster is unpacked yet.

I like poached eggs on good sourdough toast. Very basic, but so satisfying when done well.

But, for the most part I skip breakfast. Intermittent fasting.

the moment I wake up, I need to rush to work. thank god I live across the street from my job. I usually get Dunkin donuts. hash browns and a signature latte cocoa mocha. that should last me until I get off.
