Everyone apart from the White Walkers who score an overwhelming victory in episode 1. Viewers and fans are so outraged at this turn of events that they vow not to buy the final book, George R. R. Martin is relieved as it means he doesn't actually to have finish writing the book anymore.

The credits finish rolling and it turns out the whole story was just Lady having a bad dream.

Cersei's whole entourage, Euron, Qyburn, the Mountain and Cersei herself killed by Jaime.

On the 'good' side, I think Jon will die (or, depending on how the White Walkers work in the end he might go with them as they leave, at least he'll 'return to the other side') and, as the true heir, entrust the iron throne to Daenerys. Arya and the Hound die as well, with Sansa being left to carry on the 'Stark legacy'. Jaime might also die a 'redeemed man' in the inevitable conflict with Cersei.

Cersei's new baby will be the only Lannister left, I absolutely agree Sansa will be head of House Stark. I think you can toss a coin as to whether Jon or Dany will survive and sit the throne although smurf it maybe they both die and that's the final end of the Targaryen line.

oh, and Euron and Theon have an entirely pointless power struggle.
