Wii shop closing this month

The original Wii shop channel which has been open since 2006 will be closing at the end of the month.

This thread is to share any fond memories of the original Wii shop or recommend any game purchases that may have been digital exclusives before it closes down for good.

The successor, the Nintendo eShop, is still going strong as the shop for Wii U, 3DS, and Switch consoles.

Damn, I think I still have a credit on the Wii Shop, may have to pull the poor thing out of storage and spend it real fast, maybe get back to that Phantasy Star playthrough I was doing a few years back...

For the most part, I still prefer the Wii shop over some of the other digital gaming shops I've played. Largely because it has more options to really narrow down what you're looking for and I appreciate the ability to search by developer/publisher as well. I also like the cleaner aesthetic of the shop compared to other sites.
