Glitch on Safer Sephiroth?

Did I encounter a glitch? On one of my playthroughs of the safer sephiroth battle, yuffie's limit bar filled up and was flashing, but her limit break didn't even show up, it still said "Attack". Was this a glitch, or did sephiroth disable my limit or something?

Sounds like a glitch to me, though I've never heard of something like that happening before. Course VII is notoriously buggy.

I've just re-done the battle again, and I noticed that Sephiroth has an attack (Pale Horse I think) that gives someone various status effects. So maybe this is what happened to Yuffie last time, and I just hadn't noticed (it was a quick and fast battle with the speed up option on), and so wasn't a glitch afterall?

I think the statuses were Frog, Sadness, and Small. I know that sadness and small still allows you to do the limit break, but does Frog?

If she was turned into a Frog, then yeah, it's not a glitch.
