Girl : James Bond : Girl : James Bond slaps girl's ass so true. there is so much wrong with it. i can't defend it. its even worse when the girl is "hysterical" so a slap is required. i watch it for the explosions and gadgets i swear

"Sidekicks" with Chuck N. and Jonathan Brandis. It's basically a Karate Kid knock-off, but it's sooo goood (not really).

Movies like Big Trouble in Little China or The 5th Element, but they're tongue-in-cheek bad so not sure if they count.

Hot Rod.
The movie is terrible, but it's one of the funniest movies I've ever watched.

I always figured Hot Rod was bad on purpose. It's one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.

I have such fond memories of seeing Dragon Ball Evolution in theaters with my best friend at the time. No one else showed up to the showing, so we could be loud and obnoxious making fun of it. It felt very much like doing my own Mystery Science Theater 3000, and I still love watching that movie to this day to make fun of it.
Only other one I can think of off the top of my head is Troll 2, but I know there has to be more.

Gremlins 2, the Expendables franchise.
Truthfully, I can't enjoy legit bad quality, bad written stuff. My parents tried to watch the whole Dark Shadows series and I just could not.

A so-called comedy that is only funny when it's not trying to be. One of the three movies where Robin Williams played a dark deranged character, but unlike Insomnia and One Hour Photo, which both brilliantly channeled his manic energy into chilling and effective dramas, here he's just allowed to run wild. The only times he's actually funny is when he gets repeatedly roughed up.
The central premise is the greatest comedic flaw: that children's entertainment shows are hotbeds of greed, corruption, and lust. Rainbow Randolph (Williams) is caught in a bribery scandal and the network hastily scrambles to find a replacement show host and settles on Smoochy the Rhino (Ed Norton) on the basis of his wholesome and saintly reputation. Naturally Randolph plots revenge in various underhanded and increasingly desperate schemes.
There is a great ensemble cast that I enjoy watching play off each other. My favorite character is Tommy Cotter, the matriarch of the local Irish mob, who is both utterly ruthless to her enemies and motherly protective of anyone she considers family. The movie never drags and is always entertaining to watch these demented characters interact.

Mortal Kombat: Annihilation
Take a shot every time someone travels by flip. Also, the most realistic part of this movie:

How is a terrible CG dragon transformation realistic you ask? Its the way Liu Kang fights after becoming a dragon. He just sort of wails his arms at his opponent. He barely learned how to transform. He spent zero time learning to fight like a dragon. So he just fights like a human but his arms aren't the same so it's this awkward wacking thing happening. I fucking love it.

It 100% was, but it did such a good job at trying to be bad that it was terrible.
Wife and I watched Mortal Kombat Annihilation the other day and we cringed so hard. It was such a baaaaaaad movie we enjoyed it as a comedy.

Of all the Batman movies, I feel this is the one I came around to the most. I went from hating it, to finding it unintentionally entertaining for how awful and cheese ball the whole thing is. I think Batman Forever is probably the weakest film in the franchise.

Haha yeah that's a good bad one. My brother and I loved watching that growing up. It was an at least a twice a week adventure - and his Bat Visa, never leave the cave without it still kills me

Batman Forever is definitely the worst. Batman and Robin is one of the best because of how camp it is!
Why are fighting game movies so prevalent in this list? lol I was gonna suggest Dead or Alive. It's so campy and stupid, but tries so hard to be genuine. There's just something about it that makes me feel good. And I totally forgot about how much I love Mario Bros. Probably helps that I don't really care about actual Mario games, and I care a lot about the actors in that movie. And it came out at a time where I loved weird dystopian worlds
You could probably also name almost any 80s cartoon that ended up having a movie. Except maybe Duck Tales. But I remember the Carebears movies being pretty groan, in a great way. Anyone see the He-Man and She-Ra Christmas Special? lol

It's pretty much impossible for a fighting game movie to actually be good, so this is pretty much the best they can do. Maybe that's why.

I never thought about revisiting B&R from a pure cheese angle. My kids might actually like it. I can't believe Mr. Freeze was our governor...

I preferred Double Dragon, but I always rented both VHS tapes for the movie marathons. Together with Arnold flicks like Running man, Conan, and Kindergarten Cop.
Hmm, I guess those all fit this category too.
The anime Street Fighter 2 movie from Manga studio is pretty stellar. Had someone thought to do something like that in a live action setting, it may have worked. And a lot of the pieces to the original Mortal Kombat movie were pretty good. They just had corny B-tier actors and line deliveries that make it a lovable cheese-fest. Thought honestly they may have had more staying power as lovable schlock than they would have as forgetting high budget action fests

Tekken: The Motion Picture, possibly the most hilariously ineptly made animated movie of all time. The dubbed version is the stuff of legends.
Also the Dungeons and Dragons movie:

Street Fighter the Movie? I watched it when I was a tiny little PuPu. I thought it was pretty good until I saw the real street fighters in the arcade. :(
