I can't remember but didn't Persona 2 have Adolf Hitler in it ? If so, I think we have a winner.

At first I was actually going to vote Persona 2. PoE's main villain is pretty lackluster, and Persona 2 does have Nyarlathotep.

But then I remembered that PoE's strength, to me, was more in all the smaller stories along the way, and the DLC's story. And the villains in those, I'd put above Persona 2's villains.

I actually really like the main villain of PoE and I really wanted to vote for him, but then I realized I’d just be voting because I wanted Pillars to get a vote, not because of the actual category, because Nyarlathotep really is that compelling a villain. So I had to flip, even though it really pains me to see PoE get eliminated so fast
