Sure, everything looks promising enough so far. My biggest worry is still that it's too much generic medieval European, but the latest bits of art have lessened the worry a bit, and besides, it wouldn't stop me from playing the game regardless.

Definitely a day 1 purchase, though a lot of games are day 1 purchases for me :p

Wait and see for me. There is not a lot of incentive to make a day 1 purchase anymore if a year later you can get an even more complete version of the game at half price.

It seems really great and I will surely preorder it eventually, but I'm pretty sure we won't have it soon, so I'm still not too excited.

Very much so! I don't know how quickly I'll preorder as it might be a while before I own a PS5, but I'm looking forward to it. I really like the character designs we've seen so far (and I'm basic as hell so I see medieval fantasy style and I gravitate toward it, sorry! :P)

If there's one Producer I actually have faith in still at SQEX it's Naoki Yoshida, so yep I'm excited and will very likely be getting it Day 1.

I mean I do still have clenched teeth about the battle system, and that it looks like there's no party right now, but I'm willing to give them a chance and see what they do.

For some reason I never really get excited about games, even Final Fantasy ones, but I'm very interested and looking forward to seeing more information come out, notably the release date so I can actually have a more real idea of it.

FFXVI looks promising, and I'm keen to learn more about it as news unfolds. I'm more excited about it than I am about the next FFVII Remake installment, at any rate. The world and characters seem interesting, and I'm 100% drawn to the aesthetic.

I'm not in love with the combat direction, but the story and narrative have certainly caught my attention more than past FFs.

The fact that it was The Witcher and Game of Thrones kinda perturbed me, but surprisingly didn't turn me off. I'll wait cautiously optimistic. I haven't actually gotten into FFXV yet, so I'm not sure if it would sour my faith at all, but the FFRemake made me stop feeling so harsh on SE. I guess when they actually try and stop screwing around so much they can actually pull things off. Let's hope they actually give this game the attention it deserves and pull it off like they're supposed to

I'm cautiously optimistic. I'm just hoping for one, complete game that doesn't need a film, DLC and an anime series just to get the full picture of what is going on. Definitely intrigued to hear more about the action combat, and how people actually become Dominants.

Yeah, sadly I don't have anything that could run it when it does come out, so I haven't exactly been as excited as I used to be. Not helped that the PS5 is having issues between supply problems and a lack of exclusives. I don't really feel a need to jump to next gen yet.

No really because I'm not a fan of the actioney FF's also I have my issues with Yoshi-P a bit so I'm skeptical, granted those issues are mostly MMO specifics so who knows. ( no hate to the guy as a person though, he seems pretty nice)
I do like the fantasy though, always love a good bit of fantasy.
