Perfect Game/100% Completion

I'll be playing FFX and FFX-2 again for the HD Remaster versions and this time I want to try to achieve a perfect game.

What's a good walkthrough that covers everything in the game(s) to achieve a 100% completion?

Do not recommend 100% completion on FFX at all though because it is absolutely Not Fun

It looks great, but what about FFX?

With a good guide for it I wouldn't mind attempting it.

1st playthrough? I would advise just play freely first time though.
