Where would be an ideal place for it on the world map?

There really isn't a suitable (inhabited) place for it left on the world map, aside from Esthar continent. Inside the city would make sense although there is the idea of the whole boarding school thing of sending the kids out of the city for education.

Yeah the southern continent is the only place left except for maybe space, but only Esthar has that tech as far as we know. We at least have Centra Ruins in the southern continents which is the origin for most of the Gardens.

An orbital school does sound neat though...

The GF Eden looks like an organic version of a Garden.
