I have, it's alright. Not a fan of the tedious item management though.

I played some of it and it was in a way buggy. It is alright i agree

I like the concept, what the party really is. Taken as canon, it dramatically changes the nature of your mission in FF1, and certain necessary accomplishments might take on as much melancholy as FF1 can deliver. Taking a look at what FMV soldiers weren't able to do in SOP's intro vs what you can do at level 1 in FF1, it gives you an idea of just how special your party actually was. Doesn't hurt that the job system is one of the better lately. It's probably the only way that a FFVII-R sort of game could happen to FF1.
