With Squenix getting hot and heavy with porting and remastering some of their older greatest hits, many a fan, myself included, feel like an FFT Remaster is inevitable. So much so that a fan asked Matsuno about some QoL improvement they would like to see, only for Matsuno to reply that no such project is in the works (https://www.siliconera.com/yasumi-matsuno-says-there-are-no-plans-to-remaster-final-fantasy-tactics/), but he did say that if fans wanted to see it, they needed to bug Squenix.
