Logging out

How come on the main page, the link for Logout at the top of the page is different than the one at the bottom? The one at the top is "action=clearcookies" or something, which takes you to a blank white screen of nothing after it's done, if it actually does anything; I'm not sure if it even works. The link at the bottom actually works though, I think it's "action=logout", and takes you to a nice redirection page when it's done. Maybe someone could fix it.
