You can check dr Unne is gay's profile. (S)he is listed as having made exactly seven posts, I believe, so (s)he got banned fairly quickly.

Meh, I didn't know about Election Booth, but the other second accounts aren't particularly legal. The users who formed them haven't gotten in a tremendous amount of trouble, but I'm guessing that's because each of them had a specific, humorous purpose. Still, second accounts are always frowned upon.

The 'close but no cigar' award for the votes goes to Proto, with 87 votes and no Ciddie.
The 'close but no cigar' award for the nominations goes to Danni, with 7 nominations and no final.
December's 'close but no cigar' award for the votes went to Sugpo, with 63 votes and no Ciddie - this time he got only 17 votes - but still got a Ciddie for Most Likely To Go To Hell.

Two members that were allowed to be nominated and voted for got their Ciddies - the reason they were allowed is because they were active in the last six months, which is the time range. However, they aren't allowed to be nominated for 1), 2), 3), 4), 5), 6), 7), 8), 9), 31), 32) or 33).

The biggest win goes to Dr Unne, with 36 votes, 21 votes ahead of Sean, who came second for Most Respected Member.

Winners who only got two nominations: Dr Unne for Best Veteran, Mikztsu for Sexiest Male, Del Murder for Best Avatar, Spaceman Spiff for Best Sig, Wyllius for Weirdest Member, Sugpo for Most Likely To Go To Hell, Big Ogre Umaro for Most Likely to Star in a Talk Show and Wyllius for Most Likely to Get Run Over by a Tricycle. dr Unne is gay also won with only one nomination, due to members with one nomination making it through by a random picking procedure.

A few members were nominated for the finals but never got any votes - Jojo for Best Sig, Ferenan for Best Spammer and Naitsirk for Most Likely To Go To Hell. ShlupQuack also recieved no votes for Most Likely To Be Picked Last - although she also got into the final via random pickings.
