i need the size to be less than 20000 bytes

does anybody know:(

NO i dont mean a full clip i mean a small clip like those we can set as an avater see the one i will attach its around 20k i need like this

Funny thing is that the avatar size limitation is 5k, not 20. You won't be able to use it here.
