I downloaded one over the net. Did the map. Btw, the map is a whole country with houses, forts and such. Is this wrong? How do I begin, literally?

How do I start the story?

Being the resident RM2k Guru(TM), of course I can help you.

Providing you already have some plot in mind (if not you're kinda on your own for that) you need to set up a hero starting point.

To do this click the third button with the rectangle on it (i.e. the event layer), pick the square you want to start the game. Also while you're in this mode you can create townspeople and such.
