Need help with stupid computer

My computer for some odd reason is f***ing up on me and not allowing me to veiw some stuff at another forums that I was able to access yesterday. It just says the exploer isn't responding. Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix it?

Anywho, is it a special kind of non .php, html page your trying to view, i.e. java, flash or something or other that requires a plug-in?

It's just a normal page which I veiwed yesterday just fine, although it just has a few replies (as it's a thread and all, at that other forums)
