The 3rd EoFF Elections

Veterans will know that over 2 years ago, EoFF had it's first general election. It has always been (and I quote) "a vile thing, filled with corrupt power, traitorous manoeuvres amongst the candidates, many rules and lots of fun." This is why, for the third time, the General Elections are back!

For those of you who haven't been around from the start, the General Election is just for fun, those that are elected get no actual power. The original idea came from Mindfart in December 2001. The First Election was run by RSL, with a tie between Gareas' Goatsecs party and Del Snizz's Indepublocratic party. The second was run by Nait with a victory to The Newbie Party, the International Penguins, led by Sakura Yume.</div>


<b>Rules are as follows:</b>

- Each party is allowed to have - 1 - thread in General Chat for their HQ.
- Feel free to advertise... in sigs or via IMs (I trust people will block you if necessary) but NOT by spamming the forums.
- Each member is only allowed to be a part of - 1 - party.
- All parties must register in this thread.
- Each party must have a minimum of <b>7</b> candidates before you may officially register.
- Maximum of 10 parties may be registered
- <b>Add a member list to the first post plzkthx!</b>

I will be conducting votes on a forum by forum basis so for example, you may vote for 1 person from Goatsecs for Gen Chat but vote for the representative from the RNP for EoEO which is why you need to organise your ranks. It's not going to be a complete party vote this time. If you don't have any representative for some forums (due to lack of interest or whatever) then obviously you would miss out which is what I meant by prioritise.</font>

It's simple, once I figured it out.

All you have to do is go to the first post of this thread, which was made by Election Booth, and glance over the list of candidates for each forums here at EoFF. From each list of forum candidates (the Reformed Newbie Party, Bruckners, Ace, Thief and Goatsecs), vote for one person. Then, once you've determined your list of candidates, simply PM your choices to Election Booth.

Example. . .


General Chat
Agent Proto - The Ace Party
Del Murder - The Reformed Newbie Party
Dew Drop - Goatsecs
Hootenanny - Thief Party
Mikztsu - Bruckner Party

Now, from these five candidates, you have to choose one. Say, for instance, you want to vote for Del Murder, who represents the Reformed Newbie Party. Then, you'd simply include Del Murder and his forum in your list. Just repeat the process for each forum, and send that list to Election Booth!
