you know that custom title thing that some people have and all newbies lack? Why are some of them in color and what-have-you? I demand knowledge of such supreme glory!

What, like the pink Banned one? :D Or the Site Staff/Cid's Knight etc. ones, which aren't really custom titles :p Otherwise yes, the admins have to do it specifically :p
