Can Anyone make blogs? I really want to make my own personal BLOG webbie. Like my own diary website sorta. If you do I would be SOO happy and I would give you TOTAL credit on my website!

http://blogger.com is pretty good. http://tifa.net/layouts/getblog.html will show you how to set up Blogger if you're having any trouble. I'm not sure where you want to host it, so some of the instructions may be a bit different.
