A question about the ending....

I have read the walkthrought, and in it it says that when you beat the final boss you can go back and continue with the things you haven´t done yet.....
Can you do that or is it a error in the walkthrought???

Well, you can't save after you beat the game. So you'll always have a save before you beat the final boss, at that point, you can always turn back and do whatever the hell you want.

Meaning...

The save point right before fighting Braska's Final Aeon is the last save point in the game. So if you want you can go back and do other sidequests. Yeah...
