No, because Reina and Faris (I use the Anthology names) both came from Bartz' homeworld. Also, both Bartz and Galuf's homeworld were connected back again during the game. So they're both one world.

that's assuming that they have a "ruler" of the world. they don't. Faris should be queen of tycoon. Cara should be queen of Val/Bal (depends on your translation.) Though if they actually focused on that stuff, they would probably have Leena/Reina as queen of Tycoon, mostly caus Faris doesn't like all the royal and lady-like stuff she'd have to do.
