It's not worth the effort, the emulation is so-so, and the process to get the isos long, drawn out, boring, and complicated. I'm fairly sure there's no decent PS2 emulation either, so if you want FFX you HAVE to spring for the game and console. At that point, you might as well pick up FFIX for PSX and FFVII for PC.

The best place I can think of would be a store that specializes only in video games. Department stores and computer stores generally only carry the most popular mainstream games, and the games that nobody in their right mind would buy.

FF7 to FF9 PSX versions emulate rather nicely on the PC (assuming your PC is powerful enough), just stick the PSX CD in the PC's CD drive, and tell the emulator to read the game from there :p But not FFX though, as far as I know there aren't any decent usable PS2 emulators yet, so you have to use the real hardware for that game :p

Yeah ePSXe is supposed to be the best, www.epsxe.com although I'm not sure if that's after all the plugins you have to find and unzip. Unless you have a super PC or want to see you favorite games crapified don't even bother donwloading it.
