Best experience spot

I know that the best place for learning abilities is the last cave right before the final boss. But where is the best place to earn experience? All of my characters have all of the jobs mastered but they are low in levels(low 40s) and I want to defeat Omega. I tried fighting in the last cave where you run around that castle, but the exp. isn't very good there. Any suggestions?

That creepy castle with the Shield Dragons and the Exdeath Souls. Use the command ability or whatever to control the dragons and cast their own breath attack against them for easy victory. They offer 2500 XP which is good for this game. I'd imagine with all jobs mastered though Shinryuu and Omega should both be a push over, as levels don't play much of a part in this game.
