KluYa, Cecil's Father was also written like that. However Zemus was kept in all lowercase for some reason, unless he isn't a lunarian. *not sure*

I can say with some authority that we don't all use that naming convention. One of my best friends, who is also a Lunarian is named Namingway.

Seriously, though, I think there's only a few Lunarians mentioned in the game. FuSoYa, KluYa. Don't know about Zemus either.

Remember that FuSuYa and KluYa were, after all, brothers. It could just be a family thing.

Here's an interesting quote I found in the Japanese translated script:

FUSOYA: Zemus is also of our race! I'll come with you...!!

So it seems that FuSoYa and KluYa are the only two with the random capitals.

Yeah, I assume it's random capitalisation. After all, Woolsey wasn't all that great with Japanese at the time.

Actually, Ted Woolsey never laid hands on FF4. *gives Woolsey a break*

I doubt it's random capitalization. It's seperate words, right? Fu Su Ya. Anyone with a copy of Dawn care to take a stab at this? All disputes over people's true names should be settled by consulting the person who created the characters.

The particular capitalization is legitimate, since the syllables are distinctly separated by dashes in Dawn--"fu-su-ya." Thus, FuSuYa.

Is namingway supposed to be like hemingway?

maybe the fact that he's an alien is why he's such a good writer...AH maybe my english teacher is an alien!

*shifty eyes*
