So Tidus does not apear in this game?

I thought he was alive! PLEASE TELL ME IF THE REAL TIDUS APPEARS ON THE GAME! and why does the fake one look like him? is he a reincarnation or something? i dont mind spoilers so you can post them with that warning thing.

TIDUS is alive, and he DOES appear in the game. there's no FAKE tidus. in a way, tidus IS fake. the one that looks like tidus is shuin. rum0rs ar0und the internet say that tidus is the reincarnation that the fayths had of dream zanarkland. just say something if y0u want t0 kn0w m0re 0r s0mething. ^^

Well......... depend how you play the game and what kind of ending you got.

Yes, he do alive but only appear in good ending and perfect ending, Tidus will back and reunit with Yuna. He is alive at the end but he did't appear in game even you cannot use him as a character.

As for Shuin, he is original from Zanarkand 1000 years ago before Sin's reign. Not much know about him but still he is a bit related with Tidus.

Or maybe he is Tidus' predecessor like Lenne_510 mentioned.

There is 4 endings, Bad, Normal, Good and Perfect ending.

Recommend the game? Hey, depend on player's taste. Some are said good some are complaint worse.

Well, if you do want to know the FFX-2 story. Is recommended to play. Since you wish to know Tidus is alive or not and depend how you goes to save Tidus.
