I found a loop hole around Relm's glitch bug *Well duh!!* Well, first you must have an emulator with the freeze data option. When you're ready to try the bug hit "Shift F1" or whatever your buttons are. Then use the bug and if it totally messes up your game then hit F! again and your at the same moment before you used the glitch and nothing gained, nothing loss.
