Getting the better Excalibur

Hey, I read in another thread that someone had 10 hours logged on the game, but it was because they ran through the clock once. My question is if the clock resets itself to 0:00 after 99:59, can you go back to the top of the stairs where the better Excalibur is in Memoria, and get it as the clock is under 12 hours?

Believe me, I tried. Not because I was curious about it, but because I had a file with well over 100 hours on it, so I figured I'd put that rumor to rest in my mind.

i don't understand why a game would be so evil as to drop in a quest that requires something so crazy as a less-than-12-hour total gametime. It's almost along the lines of your standard impossible hoax quest. Maybe that's why they put it in...

But it's still evil. All the 'master save' people must've started riots when they first heard about it.
