View Full Version : enabling html in a forum is suicide halp plz

Anyway, I'd like a complete list of keywords that can screw up a forum. Allowing tables is just bad, because I could do *inserts close table tags to show you* and mess up the layout....I'll manage.

The things I'm worried about is iframes and *close body/html* tags. What other things should I add?

aye, nobody really needs it... if you can't do it with vBcode it's not worth doing on a forum.

It's always better to disallow everything by default and make a list of things you do want to allow, as opposed to allowing everything by default and trying to disallow the bad things. You'll never think of everything.

I wonder if the old 'floating comment tag' problem is fixed or not...
