Task Manager

Keeps shutting off when i turn it on. And i restarted and reinstalled Windows and it still doesnt work..its urgent...help?

What exactly do you mean by shutting off? Crashing? Minimising on use? Or something else?

Turns on for one second, then closes immediately. Dont know whats wrong but a friend helped me fix it by deleted old files and reinstalling new ones. so its fixed and you can close this now. Thanks for your help anyway.:)
