XP Error - RPC

what is this RPC its irritating. A window suddenly pop-up (approx. every 5 mins.) and forcing the PC to restart after a minute, after the reboot(5mins again) the window will appear and force my PC to restart.

It says something like RPC is has been terminated unexpectedly. What is this?
