And that would be "Hurry!!" I can't find this thing anywhere, but I know it exists, because I once had it saved to my hard drive. But my old hard drive is dead now, and you all know how that goes. So if anyone has it, or knows where I can get it, can you kindly direct me? kthxbye.

:whoa: FFX-music in MIDI-format?? Why would anyone want to do that? Well, other than saving bandwidth, which isn't such an issue these days.

I got a better idea. http://www.tzone.org/~llin/psf/ has the music files you should look for. If you have a broadband connection or a WHOLE LOTTA time, you can download the FFX soundtrack in a file format called PSF2. To play these special files, you'll need a plug-in, which can be obtained at http://audigy.ath.cx:81/psf/index.html (The WinAmp plug-in at the top of the page; I'd say to download the PSF2 files from there, but that site's bandwidth is absolute crap.); to install the plug-in to WinAmp, simply extract the .dll file to WinAmp's plug-in folder.

If you have a dial-up connection, then...uhh...download it anyways. Great stuff it is.

PSF2s are much smaller than MP3s anyway, and assuming the player emulates the PS2 sound engine perfectly, then you'll hear exactly what a PS2 would play, since the PSF2 files contain the exact data used in the game itself to generate the sound :p The plugin's nice too, makes your winamp capable of emulating the sound chips of the PSX and PS2 :p
