FFI, II, II and IV should have seperate forums

I always thought that FF4 should have a separate forum, but I dont care about the first 3.

Nope, no need to.

That forum doesn't get enough traffic to warrant seperate forums for each of the games. As of right now there have only been two active threads in the last 24 hours and 10 active threads in the last week.

Also the forum has been a little more active recently because of the recent re-release of FFI and FFII.

If I were organizing the fora, I-III would be a forum, and IV-VI would be a forum, dividing the nonmodern FF's that don't pull incredible traffic on their own by system. Still, I don't think any changes are necessary.

Nah VI can hold it's own. I'd have said I-III and IV/V. Though I don't think it'd be too bad a move to throw the first five intogether, as long as people labelled threads well enough to avoid accidental spoilers.

All have their own? No reason for that. I personally think that there should be one forum for NES FFs, one for SNES FFs, one for GB FFs, and then the PSX and etc ones get their own due to being currently popular. Maybe even merge the PSX FFs into one forum in a year-ish. That idea has already been rejected though, so oh well.

I think the FF1-FF4 forum is a good setup right now. Why fix what's not broken in the first place.

FF1 gets at least as much discussion as FF4, if not much much more. If anything, give FF1 its own forum.

Yeah, I don't remember that either. I know it was the FFI-IV forum when it first started, because that was the forum I briefly modded (along with Unne.)

I don't think the FFV forum gets enough traffic to stand alone, but other than that, I don't really have any strong disagreements with the current setup. I understand why FFVI would be a standalone, but really, if IV isn't good enough to be a standalone, then neither is V. Put V in with 1-4 if that's a better idea, or put it with 6. Any forum it's merged with isn't going to be overflowing with FF5 topics, because the FF5 forum itself isn't overflowing with such topics.

Putting V in with VI would mean V threads would get drowned out, at least in dead forums they sit there.

I reckon go with I-V and label well as has been done with the Writer's/Artist's forum. The rules'd have to be made clear though, plenty of spoilers crop up in thread titles as it is.

There's not much point in the move, but given the trend of getting rid of forums at the moment I don't see why not.

all FF forums should be amalagated into one super (non-nub)friendly forum called "Complete Fantasy Super Friendly Spam Forum"

While we're at it, we should merge the EoEo and World Events forums together. WE doesn't get any traffic anyway :P
